This dealer contradicts himself. He said that hitting an 11 against a 2 is not necessarily wrong and that doubling a soft 15 against a 2 is not necessarily wrong either(which they are in the long run because it’s against basic strategy), but then they’ll talk against splitting tens(which basic strategy says to stand). Then they go on to support the crazy idea of taking insurance as a non-counter!
