    what kind of personality best suits a dealer? Able to keep track of lots of things at once, be friendly yet professional, etc. Are the ‘like to be in charge’ kind of people best for this, or can ‘laid back, easy-going’ people also excel as a dealer?

    really any kind of person can be a dealer, I work at El Dorado casino, in general its really easygoing and its great money, id encourage you to check local casino’s and look for dealer schools.
